Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads by cutting, sautéing, broiling, and frying
  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in a clean and organized manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
  • Follow Red Robin recipes and quality standards consistently
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages or spoilage to management
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve culinary skills
