Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Ensure products are stored properly in correct location at appropriate levels
- Prepare and sell food that meets food quality indicators and guest expectations
- Sell food within recommended time frames
- Prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
- Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
- Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
- Clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
- Empty kitchen trash and clean trash cans
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relations with all team members
- Be friendly and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends
- Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members
- Be disciplined and self-motivated
- Dress according to guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
