Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Ensure products are stored properly in correct location at appropriate levels
  • Prepare and sell food that meets food quality indicators and guest expectations
  • Sell food within recommended time frames
  • Prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
  • Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
  • Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
  • Clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • Empty kitchen trash and clean trash cans
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain favorable working relations with all team members
  • Be friendly and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends
  • Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members
  • Be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Dress according to guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
