Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment beneficial
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
- Adaptability to various kitchen tasks and responsibilities
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions to ensure consistency and quality
- Operate a grill station and prepare food for a la carte service
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably
- Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on client requirements
