Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment beneficial
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
  • Adaptability to various kitchen tasks and responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Operate a grill station and prepare food for a la carte service
  • Attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably
  • Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on client requirements
