As a LINE Cook at San Jose’s Original Mexican Restaurant, you will create fresh Mexican food for our guests while working in a fast-paced team environment.
We are a scratch kitchen and are fanatical about delivering from scratch Mexican memories which all start in the heart of the house, our kitchen. We look for team members who take pride in what they do, and have a passion for cooking. You will protect the brand with recipe confidentiality, and consistent plate presentations.
- Clean, stock, and maintain the Line throughout shift.
