Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months or more of line cook experience preferred
- prolonged periods of walking or standing
- must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time

Job Duties
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
- prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéeing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
- performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
- exceptional communication skills - the ability to communicate clearly with the chefs or highest management on the line
- other duties as assigned
