Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- able to carry and safely handle up to 50 lbs
- must be dependable and team oriented
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- ability to learn and follow recipe procedures
- strong communication skills
- basic knife skills or ability to learn equipment usage

Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
- complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
