Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain composure in high-stress situations
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Maintain Food Handler's Certification
- Dependability and willingness to take on responsibilities
- Adaptability and flexibility in the workplace

- Good communication skills

- Previous experience in food preparation helpful
Job Duties
- Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables
- Perform food preparation tasks
- Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen
- Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and print the time and date label for food in coolers
- Grill, cook, and fry foods
- Coordinate timing of orders so that items served together
- Cook, plate, and garnish all menu items
