Job Requirements
- Ability to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Ability to lift and safely carry up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety practices preferred
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable and team oriented
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc
- Help fellow team members when appropriate
- Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift and carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
