Job Duties
- prepare made-from-scratch dishes according to company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstation
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
- learn and implement proper food handling and safety procedures
- manage your cooking station during busy service periods
- assist in inventory management and stock control
- communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
