Job Duties
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- deliver food and beverages throughout the venue, including multiple bars and event spaces
- drive sales on every shift by smashing targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- understand daily goals and challenges and work with your team to succeed
- take pride in your venue, making sure it is well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- take opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs
