Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- basic culinary skills
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare standard menu recipes and maintain sanitation
- work at the grill or vegetable prep station
- ensure preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked
- prepare simple components of each dish by chopping vegetables, portioning meat, and preparing sauces

- communicate effectively and stay organized
- work on weekends as needed
