- Culinary experience (6 months to 2 plus years depending on level)
- basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- ability to move quickly and work under pressure
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
- food safety or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold dishes following menu recipes and standards
- work broiler, fryer, sauté, and other stations in a fast-paced environment
- keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- assist with prep, cross-train on stations, and support the team where needed
