Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5 hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • punctuality and strong work ethic
  • commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • honesty and responsibility
  • ability to support team members consistently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Punctual and maintain a strong work ethic
  • support the team at all times with reliability and honesty
  • follow all company safety guidelines including personal standards and food quality
  • wash hands consistently and between prepping items
  • ensure all food meets safety, quality, and presentation standards
  • cook products in a timely manner and to proper temperature
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • exercise care with utensils and equipment to minimize breakage
  • set up and break down the station daily
  • maintain prep levels for the next shift
  • assist in food prep during off-peak periods
  • read BOH team member notices and attend meetings
  • be open to constructive feedback and coaching
  • be willing to cross-train in multiple positions
  • perform other duties as assigned by business needs
