Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous culinary or kitchen experience a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes precisely
- Good communication skills to effectively participate in team meetings
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and procedures
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Learns all noodle recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung’s procedures
- Checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- Cooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s recipes
- Plates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s plating guidelines
- Prepares and cuts garnishes for noodle line items
- Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- Attends monthly staff meetings and noodle meetings
