- handle hot and cold work conditions during food preparation

- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- strong grasp of various cooking methods food items equipment etc
- clear understanding of menu items and responsibility for prepping ingredients
- be able to multitask in a high-volume kitchen

Job Duties
- work with and manage the charcoal grill ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
- handle knives and operate kitchen equipment with precision and safety
- coordinate food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to each table
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
- follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- prep food and assist kitchen staff in executing menu items to the highest standard
- ensure all food is prepared in a timely fashion and meets high-quality standards
- label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)
- meet special guest requests while maintaining the same high-quality standards
