- two years experience in restaurant or institutional food service preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Produce assigned menu items for patients
- prepare meals for cafeteria and catered events
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- work under supervision of Food Service Coordinators
- follow prescribed dietary and menu guidelines
- assist in kitchen and food preparation duties
- ensure timely delivery of food items
