Job Duties
- execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation
- prepare dishes according to guest requests and portion control guidelines
- operate various kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the cooking station
- stock and prep ingredients for efficient service
- break down and store cooking station items properly
- adhere to temperature guidelines and company time standards
