Job Duties

  • execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation

  • operate various kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the cooking station
  • stock and prep ingredients for efficient service
  • break down and store cooking station items properly
  • adhere to temperature guidelines and company time standards
