Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts
  • Commitment to quality food preparation and safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of progressive experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
  • Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Maintain high safety and sanitation standards compliant with health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills
  • Support special dietary needs and menu customization as required
