Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years cooking experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and kitchen procedures
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes
  • Comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
  • Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using various kitchen equipment
  • Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure attractive plate presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation standards and food handling protocols
  • Keep work station clean and organized
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
