Job Duties
- Collaborate with fellow line cooks to synchronize the completion of all ticket items promptly
- Follow recipes and guidelines meticulously to maintain consistent and high-quality food
- Utilize various cooking utensils and equipment to prepare and prep an array of food items
- Prioritize safety and sanitation, reducing risks and maintaining cross-contamination protocols
- Skillfully assemble and plate menu items according to chit tickets
- Proactively stock, maintain, and clean your assigned work station before, during, and after shifts
