Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to holiday inn standards and recipes
  • ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
  • collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
