- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- prepare premium steaks, seafood and plant-based entrees according to menu specifications
- maintain industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- store products properly in walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and dry storage
- keep line station clean and organized
- monitor ticket times and food quality
- collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
