Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a line cook
  • food handler certification preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • prepare premium steaks, seafood and plant-based entrees according to menu specifications
  • maintain industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • store products properly in walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and dry storage
  • keep line station clean and organized
  • monitor ticket times and food quality
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations
