  • Basic kitchen knowledge preferred but no experience required
  • great at following direction and step by step instruction with accuracy
  • able to prioritize tasks safely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • enjoy working as part of a collaborative team with excellent communication
  • ability to lift 40 lbs
  • continuously stand, walk, reach, bend in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Follow specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes of pasta dishes ensuring quality and appearance
  • adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and labeling
  • work closely with the kitchen team, including chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment
  • perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
  • adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment
