Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year cook experience in a related role
- Strong cooking and knife skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work well with team members and communicate effectively
- Must be cheerful and presentable when interacting with customers
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to perform physical activities including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Effectively participate in professionally run daily food service exemplifying excellence in portioning, cooking, timing, plate assembly, and communication
- Prepare, cook, and serve items while adhering to recipes ensuring high quality and visual presentation of food
- Prepare and deliver catering orders placed for meeting and event clients with precision and punctuality
- Assist other associates ensuring all kitchen duties are completed within time constraints
- Ensure all proper steps of service are followed in accordance with Convene standards
- Responsible for constant sanitation, organization and proper food handling
