Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Execute menu recipes accurately to meet Gordon Ramsay standards
- Ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- Prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests, portion control, and temperature guidelines
- Maintain and organize cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Operate various kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
- Follow company time standards for food preparation and service
- Break down and store ingredients and supplies safely at the end of shifts
