Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and adhere to food safety standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
  • Basic understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively follow recipes and communicate with teammates

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and company standards
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and presented consistently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assist with food preparation and stocking ingredients to ensure kitchen readiness
  • Collaborate with team members to execute service efficiently during peak hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the relevant team members
  • Follow proper food storage and kitchen sanitation protocols
  • Contribute to creating a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
