Job Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment
- ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding kitchen environment
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- flexible availability including days nights weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required
- multi-station experience a plus
- strong understanding of cooking techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment
- ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy and physically demanding environment
- excellent teamwork communication and time management skills
- safe food handler certification preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for service including chopping portioning mixing and measuring
- set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift
- cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service
- label and store all food products properly after each shift
- follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with training new kitchen team members as requested
- communicate equipment or supply needs to management promptly
- perform other duties as requested by management
