Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven experience as a line cook or similar role
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a professional kitchen
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under tight time constraints
- knowledge of food preparation techniques, safety, and sanitation standards
- strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- passion for food, cooking, and delivering a great guest experience
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the kitchen leadership
- ensure all dishes are presented in an appealing and consistent manner
- set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients before each shift
- follow and enforce all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies in the kitchen
- assist in inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of stock
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and utensils after use
