Job Requirements

- prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- execute menu recipes accurately
- ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests, portion control, and temperature guidelines
- manage all aspects of cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down, and storage
- operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
