Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of progressive cooking experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- ability to work flexible hours
- physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- valid food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- monitor food stock and report shortages
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries
- collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus
- participate in ongoing culinary training and development
