Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen duties efficiently

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes according to Zuma's recipes and standards
- Work efficiently on the hot line, grill, or other designated stations as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Execute all food orders with accuracy and consistency, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas
