Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one or more years of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
- passion for cooking and delivering quality food
- commitment to upholding company principles including respect, integrity, and attention to cleanliness
Job Duties
- prepare food items consistently and accurately according to recipe standards
- adhere to all food safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- assist in food preparation and production tasks in a fast-paced kitchen
