Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • Communicates effectively and clearly
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
  • Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, equipment use and food preparation
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Handles, stores, labels, dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
  • Complies with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assists in food prep, maintenance, cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for opening, closing and on-going cleanliness
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
