Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy and physically demanding environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Frequent handwashing and use of gloves required
- Availability to work days nights weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required
- Multi-station experience a plus
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy and physically demanding environment
- Excellent teamwork communication and time management skills
- Safe Food Handler certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for service including chopping portioning mixing and measuring
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service
- Label and store all food products properly after each shift
- Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training new kitchen team members as requested
- Communicate equipment or supply needs to management promptly
- Perform other duties as requested by management
