Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • able to move throughout the facility and stand for long periods
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to walk or stand for entire shift
  • able to frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
  • compliant with company safety and sanitation policies
  • able to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance according to dress guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with team members
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • friendly and able to maintain a positive attitude during shifts
  • able to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action when necessary
  • adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operates all kitchen equipment
  • uses chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • ensures proper storage of products at appropriate levels
  • prepares and sells food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
  • cooks all food items by recipe and to specification
  • controls costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and reduce waste
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work stations
  • cleans and maintains kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empties kitchen trash and cleans trash cans
  • assists other team members as needed
  • fosters a cooperative and positive working relationship with company team members
  • maintains a friendly attitude and smiles during shifts
  • communicates clearly with team members
  • follows dress guidelines and maintains professional appearance
  • works days, nights and/or weekends as required
