Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service demands efficiently
  • Monitor inventory and report food shortages or waste
  • Assist with training new kitchen staff as needed
  • Follow all health and safety policies strictly
