Job Requirements
- Two or more years of experience prepping and cooking in a restaurant or banquet kitchen
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to work within a high-productivity team
- Ability to follow directions

Job Duties
- Working the a.m. or p.m. shifts
- Setting up and stocking food items and supplies
- Preparing food items using cutting, chopping, mixing and sauce preparation techniques
- Cooking food items using grills, frying pans, sauteing and other cooking methods specified recipe standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation practices
- Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces
- Performing inventory checks and completing food storage logs
- Other duties as needed
