Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy items
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar back-of-house cooking role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages or needs to management
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Support the training of new kitchen staff as needed
