Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a culinary role within a relevant environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • commitment to maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and preparation techniques
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • culinary training or certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • collaborate with team members to deliver timely meal service
  • contribute to menu planning and seasonal recipe adjustments
  • participate in training and development programs
