Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 5 hours
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Punctuality and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to following company safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Follow all company safety guidelines including personal standards, food quality standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Cook all products in a timely manner and to the proper temperature
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation including tables, grills, ovens, and refrigeration equipment
  • Set up and break down the station daily ensuring proper prep levels are maintained
  • Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods
  • Read all notices for back-of-house team members and attend all team meetings
  • Be open to cross training and constructive feedback
