- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare all grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed food items in the kitchen
- Prepare and portion food items prior to cooking such as tempura items, sauces, and grilled dishes
- Plate and garnish cooked items ensuring high presentation standards
- Maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen workstation
- Comply with established sanitation, personal hygiene, and food handling standards
- Communicate with Head Kitchen Chef about inventory and report equipment maintenance needs
- Coordinate with Lead Line Cook to facilitate efficient customer order processing
- Follow all federal, state, and local laws and company policies
- Keep work area neat and clean at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
