Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Capability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 30 lbs
  • Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
  • Good visual and auditory abilities
  • Willingness to work nights, holidays and weekends
  • Ability to maneuver efficiently during simultaneous kitchen tasks
  • Physical stamina and endurance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong knife skills and culinary techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Passion for food and a desire for continuous learning
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Leverage knife skills, experience and technique to confidently prep and run a station during busy service
  • Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen team to prepare and reproduce menu items which will exceed guests expectations
  • Embrace continuous learning and innovative approaches to food and beverage knowledge
  • Understand all ingredients as they pertain to each recipe and preparation of authentic menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation during and after service
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and proper storage of ingredients
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
