Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work 35 to 45 hours per week for full-time
- availability for flexible schedules for part-time
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- prior experience as a line cook or in a related kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work well within a team environment
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
Job Duties
- display proper food safety and sanitation techniques
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, policies and procedures
- work with a team to portion prep, clean dishes and complete other tasks
- participate in training and development opportunities
- strive to continuously build skills and knowledge of the restaurant
- exhibit punctuality and dependability
