Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process

  • minimum of two years experience in culinary roles within full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environments
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh and healthy cooking
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
  • participate in training and professional development opportunities
  • support a positive and respectful team environment
