Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh and healthy cooking
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- participate in training and professional development opportunities
- support a positive and respectful team environment
