Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- willingness to follow company policies and safety standards
- eligibility to work in the country
- basic knife skills
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- execute menu recipes according to specifications
- ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- prepare all menu dishes following guest requests
- maintain portion control and temperature guidelines
- manage cooking station setup and prep
- stock and organize cooking station
- uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
- break down and store station materials properly
- operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
