Job Requirements
- Must be able to execute light lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment housed with equipment including an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, fryer, steamer, mixer, and chefs knives
- Frequent exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to move with caution and operate in a busy, sometimes loud environment
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in high volume food production environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- Being a cinephile is a plus
Job Duties
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the companys core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
- Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
- Prepare food that looks and tastes delicious with high quality ingredients
- Organize and prepare guest food tickets based on approved operational processes focused on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Utilize tools such as measuring cups, spoons, scales, and other required kitchen tools for all preparations
- Follow cleaning schedules, prep-lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems used to control food waste, production, and quality
- Communicate needs, concerns, and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
- Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
