Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-end kitchen environment such as a private club, luxury hotel, or fine dining establishment
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks during service
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of culinary fundamentals and cooking techniques

Job Duties
- Execute menu items with precision, following standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Rotate confidently across multiple stations within the kitchen
- Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, food handling, and kitchen organization
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of various cooking techniques
- Take full ownership of assigned duties, delivering consistent, high-quality results
- Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and supervisors
