Job Requirements

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience in a full-service or elevated dining environment preferred
  • working knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
  • strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail
  • ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • maintain consistency and quality during all service periods
  • set up and break down assigned stations efficiently before and after service
  • follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
  • communicate clearly with chefs and kitchen teammates to support smooth service flow
  • monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to kitchen leadership
  • assist with prep work, stocking, and organization to keep the kitchen running efficiently
  • maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
  • support other kitchen stations as needed during service
  • take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
