Job Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience in a full-service or elevated dining environment preferred
- working knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
- strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail
- ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- maintain consistency and quality during all service periods
- set up and break down assigned stations efficiently before and after service
- follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- communicate clearly with chefs and kitchen teammates to support smooth service flow
- monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to kitchen leadership
- assist with prep work, stocking, and organization to keep the kitchen running efficiently
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- support other kitchen stations as needed during service
- take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
