Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary school degree preferred but not required
- Experience in hot and cold food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Previous experience in healthcare or senior living is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a team-first attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in line with daily menus and recipes
- Assist in food prep and planning for upcoming meals
- Plate dishes with an eye for presentation and portion control
- Support kitchen sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Monitor food temperatures and maintain accurate logs
- Assist in preparing meals for special functions and events
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, health, and safety regulations
