Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in all kitchen stations including prep, line cook, expo, and dishwashing
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- operate and clean kitchen equipment and utensils
- monitor food stock and storage to ensure freshness
- assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion
- participate actively in team meetings and training sessions
